Our Staff

The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.

Robert J. Tigani DDS
Robert Tigani obtained his undergraduate degree from Georgetown
University in 1980. He is a 1984 graduate of Georgetown University
School of Dentistry and joined his father's practice that same year.
Dr. Tigani taught part-time at Georgetown University School of Dentistry,
is a Past President of the D. C. Dental Society, a Fellow in the American
College of Dentists, and a Fellow in the International College of Dentists.
When not in the office, Dr. Tigani enjoys spending time with his family,
cheering on the Redskins, and waiting for the Georgetown Hoyas to
return to the Final Four.

Kathleen

Kathleen has been with the practice since 1977. She started off as a dental assistant, but has been our receptionist for the past ten years. Most likely Kathleen will answer the phone when you call or greet you when you come to the office. Kathleen always looks forward to welcoming our patients.

DIANA

Diana joined the practice in 1996. Starting in 1985, she has held her certificate with the Dental Assistant National Board, (the highest level of certification). Diana has training in expanded duties and is educated in all aspects of general dentistry.

MARIA

Maria graduated University of Maryland with a BS degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been treating patients in our office for over 30 years.

PEGGY

Peggy is a graduate of Howard University for Dental Hygiene. She works on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She has also been here for over 30 years.

ANNA

Anna started with our office in 2006. She enjoys assisting in our front office as well as assisting patients in the operatories.
